Mary Bea Sullivan's passion is seeking connection to the Sacred, self, and the world around us.  This desire to create connection is inherent in her work as a retreat leader, spiritual coach for fellow travelers on the quest, and as a writer.

In addition to public programs that she offers at her home on Smith Lake, AL and throughout the country, Mary Bea is available as a guest speaker or to facilitate workshops/retreats for existing groups such as book clubs, church groups, and Hospice employees.  Programs may be custom tailored; below are a few of the themes that run through much of Mary Bea's work:
